Mogadishu- 18-01-2013 (Shabelle) Journalists, family members and friends have attended the burial of Shabelle journalist Abdihared Osman Adan who was mercilessly murdered by gunmen in Mogadishu earlier this morning.
Mr Abdihared was attacked this morning as he was leaving his house in Wadajir district. Follwing the shooting, he was rushed to Madina hospital where he died of his wounds.

The journalist was buried on the grounds of Madina hospital and he is the first Somali journalist to be killed this year, 2013.
There has been condemnation of the killing of this journalist from international envoys to Somalia, such as the AU representative, the British ambsassador to Somalia and the Somali union of journalists.
